Ido Ratson raises up every morning at 5:30, takes his dog for a walk and makes it to work, at Mashya restaurant, in Mendeli Street Hotel.
While the city lazily wakes up and guests at Mendeli are still not thinking of separating from our extra fluffy pillows, Ido greets waiters, waitresses, cooks and general staff under his supervision. He makes sure the buffet is at its best, that the restaurant’s ambience is relaxed and cool as it should be, that workers are on their marks and, at 7:00, he starts welcoming guests for the best breakfast in town.
Ido has many reasons to be happy lately: a new son, a new album and a daytime job that satisfies him at Mendeli.
